Professional Building Contractors
WAP Engineering Ltd (WAP) {Registration No: 93877} began as a general works contractor in 2006 in Sudan (The current South Sudan). It was incorporated in Uganda in 2007. Over the years, we have undertaken many challenging projects and accumulated skills, know-how and experiences in design and build solutions, project management services and related engineering works.
Today, we take on the role of main contractor for small to medium size projects and perform project management services to coordinate industrial/commercial projects. We also provide design inputs and engineering solutions as value add services to our clients.

Scope of Services
Pre-construction Services
Our preconstruction services involve working with the owner and design team early on in the drawing phase to provide engineering inputs, suggestions for siting, constructability, budget, and scheduling. We enhance the design segment by providing accurate pricing information, incorporating sustainability and maintenance costs, and reducing overall project costs.
General Contractor Services
As a General Contractor, we handle pricing, bids, and construction activities. We manage safety, quality control, and schedule adherence. We collaborate with a design firm and 'Design-Build' team to ensure effective communication and successful project delivery. This ensures a successful project.
Strategic Partner
As a Strategic Construction Partner, we oversee project construction and facilities management, fostering collaboration and cooperation. We use Building Information Modelling (BIM) to enhance project outcomes and maintain successful relationships.
